There are 4 ways to buy tickets for
Village Theatre

- Email Contact Village Theatre by email. Indicate which show and date you wish to order, number of tickets, your name and phone number. You can email your credit card information, VISA, MasterCard or American Express number with expiry date, or send your phone number if you would prefer to give it over the phone. Indicate the best time to reach you by phone. Your tickets will be held at the door in your name on the night of the performance. This method can be used until 24 hours before the performance.
- Phone Call our Box Office number 905-690-7889. You will get our voice mail. You must call 24 hours before the show to use this method. Please tell us in your message which show and date you wish to order, number of tickets, your name and phone number. This is a secure line so you are also encouraged to leave your credit card information:
If you leave your credit information, we do not need to contact you in person and will leave a message confirming your purchase. If you do not leave your credit information, then we have to contact you in person, and this is sometimes difficult with busy schedules, so please tell us the best time to reach you by phone. Our box office will call you back within 48 hours to take your order. Your tickets will be held at the door in your name on the night of the performance. The money will be deposited to Village Theatre prior to the performance. Please be advised that if we are unable to reach before 24 hours prior to the performance, you will no longer qualify for the advanced ticket price.- type of card (VISA or MasterCard, we are unable to process AmericanXpress)

- At the Door Tickets are available at the door on the night of the performance for the regular price - if we have a sell-out, the phone message will be updated to indicate this. Payment methods at the door include cash, cheque and credit card, but not debit cards.
Ticket Policy - The Fine Print
- Tickets may not reserved without full payment
- Advance tickets must be purchased by noon the day before the performance.
- Patrons may also reserve by mail and email.
- Tickets will be available at the door at the regular price on the night of performance, but patrons are advised to check the phone message to be sure the show is not sold out.
- There are no refunds, however tickets may be exchanged for another night at the discretion of the box office.
- Tickets for a night other than the night of performance may be purchased at the front door at the discretion of the box office, and only when all patrons for that night have been attended to.
- Cast and crew are encouraged to make box office arrangements prior to the 7:30 opening or else to call the phone message.
- Please do not call the box office personnel at home.
